Mark Emlick, Consensus Capital's CEO has more than 25 years experience in private and corporate financial advisory as well as real estate management and acquisition.

He has overall responsability for overseeing the evaluation, structuring, negotiation and execution of property and private equity investment transactions. He is experienced in all aspects of the investment process from sourcing and execution to post-acquisition value creation.

Mark Emlick oversees the company’s investment process. He directs the research effort and reviews and approves investment opportunities, with specific emphasis on analysis and due diligence for prospective investments, and is engaged in the negotiation of business and legal issues, ongoing monitoring of investments and profit realization.
